Thanks Schip.

Just so everybody knows, I am so close to making a decision - I just need to hear from one person, now.

Well, I'll go find the part of the conversation in PM's where we decided on this.

EDIT:
Do you want the idea to be we have only younger members do it to show that we can build too?
I do believe that Sportsfan meant that the vast majority (but not all) of Swap Shop uploads were from older members.

Maybe so, but the Swap Shop is available for anyone who is a member of the Forum, no matter the age.  Younger members are welcome to upload if they want.

Pam, maybe it was wrong to decide that the people participating in this would all be younger members, but at some point we had to decide who would participate. We could only have about 10 members, and obviously, not everyone on the forum could participate. I didn't mean for people to think that this had an age limit and that they were excluded. Seabody and I had spent 2-3 weeks planning this, and all of the members that are participating we PM'd before we posted this.

I'm sorry if anyone felt that they were being excluded because of their age.

Just so you know, I want to use the basement tool because I don't really know how to make the basement any other way. Then I will have to learn how to make it, and i might end up messing up your guy's rooms. :-\ Just keep that in mind.

I know how to make a traditional basement and it is nearly impossible to do on a preexisting house, without eidting a lot of the first floor, you have to edit the foundation and all that.

Great! ;D Thanks for letting me build! I'll just make it clear, I'll be happy for anyone to edit my room. :)

Carl said it's fine to continue as you are.  But shouldn't this be on the Building and Construction board?

But we are downloading and uploading things so I think it should be in swap shop.
But you can move it if you think it would be better there.

Still waiting on the person's PM. As soon as I see it, I'll let you know the verdict.

Sorry about the delay,
It's alright, I only sent it today. I mistakenly sent it to someone else instead.
