I built it right next to the master bedroom. There is plenty of space on the other side of the house for the remaining two rooms.

It's a small room so it was hard to take pics, but here's what I got:

I tried placing the house onto the legacy lot, but it said "The contents of the house are too large for this lot." Should I place a new lot big enough to place the lot on, or something else?

This has happened to me before, can't remember how I fixed it. Try deleting the lot and placing a new one.

Bulldoze the science facility in SV. For some reason it is 64x64 and it's supposed to be 60x60. I believe one of the early builders altered that by mistake.

I know I'm jumping the gun a bit here, but whoever does the landscaping (in case MissMaths pulls out) please jot down the furnished and unfurnished price of the house? Sportsfan and I are compiling the answers that have been provided into a post (no need to worry, if you haven't uploaded yet, you'll get the questions when you do upload), along with a screenshot from each upload. And Sportsfan has kindly provided some insight into the stuff you haven't seen - like how he was contacted, how we worked on this, and some other things.

I dont know. We never really thought about it. I'm thinking that since there is a lot of room when people download the final thing they can just add one in themsleve. They aren't exactly hard to make.

Ok, I was just wondering since the entrance to the basement is just out in the open right there.
