I need Quick help , please

My fire chief Sim is on a mission. He has to put out fire plus free 2 entrapped Sims. One of the entrapped is a ghost, so when I click on her no options appear at all so I can't convince her to run or anything! I have been on the house for a long time in vain! How can I finish this mission?

Are you sure you're not missing a sim somewhere else?

Yes I am sure. Checked so many times and used the wall-less view to have a clear vision!
