Cyborg sims

I'm talking about hybrids of simbots and sims and this topic still belongs in the Generations thread because I am wondering if the Generation expansion and update that came with it has cured the 'bug' that made it possible for sims and simbots to reproduce once they where left alone long enough in another house in town.
Does anybody know if this is still possible? I really want a cyborg sim.

I DID

I placed 5 married couples in 5 different houses in china
the simbots are all male and their wives obviously normal sims and female hehehe
and so the other family I play I had go over to china meet all of them then go home carry on with life and go back 27sim days later and WOOLAH one couple had a son!!!
Yes a simbot hybrid!
