Price: 496,396 furnished, don't know about unfurnished.

Every expansion pack and stuff pack except Generations.

I believe there is no store content.

Garage, Great Room, 2 car garage, and pool out back. Lots of bonuses, such as a tennis court and hidden seating area.

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

Just plain green flooring with that cheap fence (fe-fi-fo), and I made it white. Made a tennis court pattern, then made a sort of netting fence (not sure about name) and went across the entire thing. Looks real nice when done.

That's neat, I will have to try that. I thought you ment that they could actually play tennis on that, and I was wondering what EP that would come from.

I've been using this house and I must say it is totally awesome!  Everything flows and works perfectly.  I did add some kid things but really, if it was just for adults, you'd need nothing further.
