Can't change my profile picture

I just created a new profile picture. But, when I tried to upload it via Edit Profile, I get this Message:

An error has occured!
The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.

Is this a result of the server change Carl?

I wasn't able to change my profile picture this way, too. However, you can change it. If you got it from the internet or by Google search (that's what I did, at least), just copy/paste the image address using the second option, in the blank box. I believe it works with image hosting services such as Photobucket too, you need to remove the [ img] and [ /img] only, as far as I can tell.

I can't even change mine at all.  When I click on my profile, the only option I get is to delete my account
