For sure! I've never tried it myself, but it's said to be very tasty.

It's very sweet, not something you'd drink with dinner.   

I actually quite like it, but it's only available certain times a year.  We sometimes have it at Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Learn something new each day! Never heard of ice wine, but in winter and around Christmas and New Eve, we often have warm wine, with Cinnamon, which is very nice after a day out on cold.
Also, I realize Schipperke is not too far away from my uncle in Winnipeg, so my simself will stay in Canada a little longer And to think that my old friend (from elementary and high school) lives in same town as Schipp, world is too small indeed.

A little bit, but blini is...er- um, thicker by a millimeter? They are quite similar, except that we eat blini with lots of sour cream and, sometimes I add powdered sugar to mine! -adds powder sugar to grocery list-

Yes, it really is a small world.  I spent 4 years in Winnipeg when I was going to university (which was longer ago than I like to admit  ), so, Anushka, perhaps your uncle and I might have bumped into each other at some point.

It's possible you did, if you were at the Uni 20 years ago. But I believe you're younger than that
