LTHP Cheat

I`m not sure if this is on the guide or not and I can`t check from my mobile, but I`m pretty sure it isn`t. I would be grateful if someone could check for me. Anyway this cheat is for gaining lifetime happiness points. I learnt it off of Youtube but it does work, it isn`t mere rumour or fake. I`ve used it a few times and recently too so it does work with the latest patch. Type testingcheatsenabled true in at the main menu, select your save or new game. Click the little space between the chest and the writing in the lifetime happiness tab, may take a few times to get in the position. Each click will give you 500 LTHP.

I'm going to jump in here and add my 5.6 cents. Based on experience (quite a bit, if you get my drift... ), you need to Ctrl+Click, not click.

I believe you need to do the testing cheats on the menu before you actually go to your game.  Then do the Ctrl+click when you get to the game. You get about 500 points for each click.

It's a very long time since I've done this and I don't have my game open right now to try it, but if memory serves, I didn't think it was working either because the happiness points didn't change as I was doing the ctrl+clicking.  So I left the happiness panel and switched back to showing my Sim's needs.  Then later for some reason I was back at the happiness panel, and the points were there!  It just seemed to take a while for them to show up.  Like I said, it's been a while, but that's how I remember it.

I think you're right, because I was trying to get the collection helper and I had cheated to get my LTW and that gave me 35,000 and then I got 5,000 LTHP more out of nowhere. Also, I had the game paused when I did the cheat so it probably registered as soon as I unpaused the game.

Not for me. I've done it perfectly well paused.

Sometimes you have to play around with where you're clicking at to get it to work. You want to be just a little to the right of the chest icon. If it doesn't work there try a little to the right of the LTHR amount.
