Hi, I'm currently working on a renovation for SV, I first started with Salon Spa as I thought I could join them into one Lot and It worked here are the results:
"The Feel Good,Look Good Facility is made for sims who are sick of themselves and want to change, our numerous Spa secialists will give you massages, makovers , facials and even full packages that will make you feel good for days.
go the stylist salon next door, It you'll be able to change your looks, our four styling and tatoo stations are working all day long with the best specialists behind them so you'll have no problem finding a spot, however we got to warn you, you might have to wait, since after we started the place is crowed all day, but our waiting rooms will give you confort, fun and plenty of magazines for you to read
and if interested Join us we have a special floor for our staff in wich you can grab a snack to help you continue working all day, crafting tables wich will help you improve your talents and gain career experience
soon our facility will be the number one spot in town don't miss it."

Fourth floor "the staff area, note that the bedroom is meant for the NPC who holds the cashier, so it is locked
however this is open for All the "Staff"
Technical Details - this is a customized 40x20
- recommended placment is the old spa lot in SV
- the lot is perfectly working, you can join the stylist career there, and get part time jobs at the spa with no problems
- for some reason, on map view mode you won't see the salon thumbnail just the spa, you have to click on the salon building to get the option "visit the Feel Good,Look Good Facility" and to be able to "join stylist career" still they will be working perfectly
Installation Guide - go to Edit town Mod: bulldoze the spa building,bulldoze the empty lot
- restart the game, now got to edit world tool and add an empty 40x20 lot in the old spa spot it should be rather easy
- now place the lot from your library
- Enjoy!
