What are Top Secret members? Is this a new title?

I noticed some of our legendary forum members have the title "top secret." (lilygirl, samoht04 to be exact). Is this a new title? What exactly does it mean? I'm a little lost.

I'm not trying to single anyone out. My apologies in advanced. The two forum members "Top Secret" label really caught my eye, and I wondered what that entails. Thanks.  :)

It`s a top secret, something tells me we shouldn`t know about it. :P

I PM'd Carl about it. He says that no one can know for right now. So like Carlos said, it's top secret.
