React to noisy sim

All of a sudden my married couple can't sleep in the same room. She keeps getting up to react to noisy sim, which is him. It appears to have something to do with the guitar, they both had the enjoying music from guitar moodlet. I used ctrl-click to remove the moodlet, worked for him, but anytime she's near him it comes back. I reset both and have deleted all of the guitars. Still no go.

So no one is actually playing the guitar, it is him that she is reacting to?  Strange, usually there has to be noise, but I have never heard of that one.  I hope someone has an answer, I wish I could help.

Have you tried resetting him? Quit and restart? Is there possibly a radio in his inventory that's somehow on?

I have reset him. I quit and reloaded. No help. No radio in his inventory.

There's always the old standby of moving him or her or both out of the house and back in again.  That seems to cure most things.

I tried this. I moved him out and back in. I had him walk right by her and stand next to her and she didn't get the enjoying mood moodlet, so it appears to have worked. However, I got the Error Code 12 while saving so I'll have to wait until after work to make sure all is well and they can share a bed, I'm sure their teenage daughter will appreciate not having to share a bed with Mom any more...

Things are back to normal.

Hopefully my Error 12 issues will be a thing of the past. Just upgraded my PC. I now have the 64-bit version of Win7 and 6 GBs of RAM.

I decided to play an old family that I had started when I first got the sims3.  I had originally made a Brandi and put her in the old monotone house, then moved the house to Pinaccle point.  She had married Grady Elfman, but has since passed on and left a houseful of Elfmans.  Anyway, when I went back in and everyone was sleeping, there was a guitar playing, which I thought was kind of weird and it was only around this one sim and he had never played the guitar, so I made his brother go in the same room and sleep and the same thing happened, got the "react to a noisy sim".  The problem was solved when I restarted the game, but I had just read this thread a couple of days before when I got this and I had never had that happen before, lol.  Strange
