Improved Sunset Valley?

Does anyone know where I can get an improved Sunset Valley with things from LN? Like Subways and a few clubs? Thanks, I would also appreciate a detailed guide on how to install. Thanks.

You can find a wonderfully improved Sunset Valley neighborhood here.  It has everything your heart desires.

Naga, one of our creative members, has also posted installation instructions that are very easy to follow.  A few of our other creative members designed some of the lots that are included in the neighborhood.

I hope you enjoy this version as much as I do.
