A couple things: Could you post the required stats for the house/lot as outlined by Carl here, and let us know which Swap Shop patterns you used. Also, your third picture is the same picture of the bathroom, instead of a picture of the Kitchen/Dining room.

Thanks for the tips, updated it all couple of things I'm not sure of but I could make an educated guess. The picture's also fixed. Also there's the worst tv in the sitting room but it's not in the picture.
