This looks like a very nice house! Too bad I can't install it, my growing sim family is looking for a new house...

(I've read many times that if you download a house that contains items from an EP/SP you don't have, you can install it but the game replaces/removes the items from missing EPs. Is Generations exception to this? I can't install anything that contains items from Gen, my launcher just gives a notification to update my game.)

yes you need to install the 1.22 patch that came with generations in order for the game to replace the missing items
