@simsmx: What is exactly the difference between dancing and club dancing?
What will happen when a sim become better at hopscotsch?

Again, I have the answers to both of your questions. ;)

1. - The main difference between Dancing and Club Dancing is that Dancing is improved when a Sim is Dancing solo (only that Sim, and not the "Dance Together" interaction) using one of the stereos (It can be any type. As far as I know, with HELS, there is four of them. But there may be more with Late Night and Generations, I don't know, sorry.), while Club Dancing is improved only if the Sim is dancing in one of the clubs/lounges/watering holes etc., using a dance floor. Dancing has only three levels, but I can't say for sure how many levels has Club Dancing.

2. - When a Sim becomes better at Hopscotch, their win ratio will be greatly increased (like when a Sim becomes better at Chess). I can't say for sure if the animations will improve too, as that may need testing - it's still a new object.

Leto, I am currently working on this spreadsheet-type-of-thingy about Hidden Skills in TS3, I'll report when it's finished. :)
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

It appears that ballet increases your dancing skill some. My teenager did ballet and danced at home as a child, so when she went to a club within a few hours she was doing the new moves.

So the ballet moves do pass on in later age stages? That is wonderful news! So you mean your sim was doing ballet on the dancefloor in 'da club?'
Would be funny to see that with hardcore music in the background.

No not the moves, but just dancing skill in general. Instead of standing there shaking her arms in the air, she danced like her mother who was more experienced.

Oh, okey. That's to bad. So ballet means a headstart in dancing later on, just like reading books to toddlers give them a headstart in skills later on in live?

Kind of. But I think Children and above can dance using the stereo? In that case, it isn't exactly head start..

Your right Chronic, because my sim children danced a lot, since mom danced whenever she was bored.

I've added Ghost Resurrecting to the list as that will become an hidden ability of your sim once they have achieved the oppertunity to resurrect one ghost. Logically, there are no levels in this skill.

With Pets there is a hidden 'Wildlife Skill' that lets you tame more difficult found pets (and may interact with the whole Unicorn bit)

The hidden Wildlife" skill has been proven to have no effect on interacting with a unicorn at all.

Are you planning on including the blocks skill for children? Also along those line is the peg box and Xylophone. Or are these just considered head starts on future skills?

All of those have 3 levels by the way.

Yes, I will add them as well. Thanks for noting that. :) I've found a source where I have even more information according to the hidden skills, but I will put a note after the ones I can not support myself.
As an example: the Air Guitar is a hidden trait (I can support that) but also a hidden skill, gradating between 0 and 10 points, just like normal skills. But as I have no idea how to train that, as I assume a sim can train it, I have to note that as well, untill the time someone will point here more specific information.
