Adding solar panels and a wind machine and it's mine!  I love "green" houses.  Saw a documentary on one built of spoiled straw, cans, bottles, broken hoses and adobe in the desert.  Ambient temp is 70 degrees fahrenheit year round and is totally sustainable with even a swimming pool and veggie garden growing inside!  It is a mansion and the most beautiful thing I've seen in years.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

A very nice house. Practical in it's simplicity. But I agree with Joria: if you place windmails and solar panels (and perhaps upgrade those) that will made the whole house even more complete. But I understand that will make the total value overreach the 'starter house' functionality.

Thanks Joria, CandyHeartedSim, and Leto85!  I appreciate your comments.

I did consider adding a windmill and solar panels.  If a couple chose this for their starter home, they would have enough money to get a couple solar panels.  My Simself and my Sim boyfriend live in this house right now; I'm sure I will add those things eventually.

And guys, I did realize while playtesting it last night that I forgot a dresser in the bedroom.  If you expand the bedroom and make the bathroom a 2x3, it leaves enough space for an all-important dresser.

Off to play in this new house!
