Petit(e) Maison

Lot Type: Residential Lot
Lot Size: 10x10
Price: $15,565 ($9,568 unfurnished)
Contains: Late Night content (light in bathroom only)

This small, snazzy starter home is great for your young, hip single Sim fresh out of high school. With lush greenery and modern furniture without emptying out a starting Sim's budget, this home is the one for you!

Enjoy!  ;D

PS. Please tell me here in this thread if there is anything wrong with it, and I will try to fix it!
This is my very first upload to the Swap Shop, so I'm kinda nervous.

Awesome, Choccolatee! The house is really cute (especially the exterior!) and you've done a great job with the tiny space you've got. Don't worry about it being your first post either, you've done everything just right.  :D

Love it!  I will definitely be downloading this one!  It takes real talent to put together such a charming home with such a small space and small budget.

Hmmm, I seem to be using the word "perfect", a lot lately.  This house is absolutely perfect!  I know just where I will put it, (in so many towns!).  Thanks so much.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

Thanks so much you guys! You don't know how happy that makes me, to wake  up and see these comments!  ;D I had an epiphany last night in bed and I realised I could've used a better quality toilet/fridge, since I have so many spare Simoleons, but it's all good. You can change it around if you want to.

I love it! I still can't figure out how people manage to fit so much stuff so beautifully in so little space. Splendid.
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

Your tiny house is awesome :) I just downloaded it. For your information, maison is a feminin word so it's petite maison in French ;)

Tell me please if you find any mistake in my post. English is not my mother language. It's "only" the third one in frequency of utilisation. I'm "half-French".

I wanted to share my version of Choccolatee's crazy compact creation, Petit(e) Maison! I used the floor plan and items placed as the basis for my own build.

Lot Type: Residential Lot
Lot Size: 10x10
Price: $13,324 ($7,869 unfurnished)
Requires: Late Night (sink, toilet, and towels); Overachieving Counter, EmpireLine Larder, Excessinator Stove, EmpireLine Dishwasher, Surreal Grilled Cheese Painting from The Sims Strike Back, Topper from Earth Day, Bookshelf Concrete, Mirror, Mirror, Smooth Cruise, Premium Content MultiTab 6000, Premium Content Aims Co. Choc-O-Falls Fountain
(I know I used an excess of store content. If you don't have an item, it will just be replaced by a similar item.)

I hope I did Choccolatee proud! :D I will be using it in my Where in the World? story.
