I'm concidering buying this one Simstar. Of course I will help try to you out when I do and find what you where looking for.

@MoonsAreBlue: Have you find another link? Because this link Simstar has send to me has given me a page that said the item will cost you 500 simpoints, not 1200.

Maybe that is just the thing Simstar. If the item and the library are two seperate items you can download, it could possible you've downloaded the item, not the library, which could be worth more. Is that possible?

Simstar, this is the whole store set including the spell book. It's 1200 simpoints, indeed like MoonsAreBlue has said.

I think you've confused by downloading the spell book as a seperate item. The library is not included in that.

I just checked in game and the gothic library doesn't come up with that name under the community lots tab...the name of it is "2 library."  I don't know if you've checked but it's the gothic library.  Why they named it that is beyond me.

Has anybody been having any buys with the spellbook? I brought it and my toddlers and kids stretched to this size of adults. I have no mods or CC. :/

I'm trying to place the Gothic Library and I change the lot type to library and it won't let me place it on the lot.

I'm pretty sure you need to place it on a normal lot before making it a library.

Are you placing it on a lot big enough?  The library needs to be on a 40x40 lot.

EDIT: The game will automatically change it for you as long as you put it on a commercial lot if you don't designate it as a library.  But if you do change lot type to a library, it should stay.

Change the lot to community/library and make sure that you have a 40x30 lot. I put the library up on the bluff where Wolf Manor (in SV) sits. It's a 40x40 lot so I had extra room.

I've read that the magical scrolls a sim can use will be more succesful when trained. Can anyone confirm if this true? That way it will make it kind of something between hidden skills and skills.
