What EPS/SPS Are needed? Are there any store items?  

I think you need Late Night, High-End Loft, and World Adventures. Outdoor Living if you want two chairs I put in the study. Not sure if I used other expansion packs. No store content.  

EDIT: Sorry, I did use some store content. It was only the dining table and chairs from the Ultra Lounge set. If you don't have that, you can easily just place your own table chairs near the stairs.

No worries, Zap!  The game will simply replace those items with something she does have.  Downloading this gem NOW!  Hmmm, wonder how it would look in Egypt?  Doesn't matter.  Anywhere I place this beauty will be simply enhanced by it.
