Hi. I have a question that I believe only EA themselves can answer. What's their tech support email address? Is it the same as their password/username reminder email - [email protected]?

I am not sure if it works outside of the USA or not.  But when I have emailed them, I did it through a website.  http://help.thesims.com/  On the left side under Support Links choose contact us.  From there you fill in lots of information and send it off.  Then you should get an email to log back in for their reply.

I took a look at that, but my question revolves around the Sims series in General. Do I just write "The Sims 1, 2, 3 in General" in the product name field?
EDIT: And I don't know what category it fits into. Jeez, Google, here I come!
