Agnes is not my Mum. (Technical Help)

So, I installed Naga's Sunset Valley 2.1, and I started to play my Legacy in that town. All is fine, except My Agnes does not show up as The children mother. Instead, she is there step-Mother. I have already deleted the other save file, I don't have a back Up copy. Is there a way to bring that save file back?
