New CAS Features You'd Like To See

I bet the hidden traits will be a new Ctrl+Shift+C cheat in CAS mode, in a future patch update. You know what I would like to see or I bet will be a new CAS feature in an expansion pack/stuff pack (Sims 3 is still fairly new if you think about it) maybe in a Seasons Expansion, but tan lines and an orange-y skin tone (a fake bake tone), and a jacket for the winter. Plus, I could see having everyday and sleepwear having subcategories for every season (Swimwear won't for obvious reasons): Fall outfits, could mean a simple long sleeve top, and pants, with sneakers, Winter means warm boots, extra layers of clothes and maybe an outdoor winter jacket (what person in their right mind would wear short shorts flip flops and bare shoulder tops in the cold winter, or Sim rather?), maybe they could go in their undies in the spring/summer and save the flannels for the fall/winter.

Also, how about different types of swimwear?

Yeah I hope from now on EA will come out with new expansion packs and not revive old ones, even though pets look cool! Oops that was really of topic! Well back to more things we wanna see in CAS, even though this will probably never happen, I've always thought there should be a life stage between child and teen! I'm 13 and I don't really seem old enough to be in the teen stage, and I think I'm too young to be in the child stage. I think they should of made one called 'Tween'.

jeana, I think you have a whole SP planned out! Or maybe they should call it a CP (Clothes Pack) and it could be something like "Newer Styles" or something like that. I still really want nooboo blankets.

Sorry for reviving such an old topic, but I thought of something else: Body Piercings. Yes, Free Time Included them, so why can't Sims 3 have them too? I have my nose pierced and CAS in Sims 2 felt complete three years ago, and now my SimSelf feels like there's something missing. I want curly hairstyles, but with straight bangs too. Like those really curly styles with flat ironed bangs.

I would love that, because that is my current hairstyle!

And I really want leggings as an accesory, for all ages of female sims. Any wardrobe update would be great. I know TLS and HELS brought some modern clothes, but I think we should have more than that. Half of the things we want clothing wise is only in the store, and I hate that because we are not all rich. I think EA would make more money if they just made tons of Clothing Packs instead of new store sets every few weeks.

I remember Sims 2 came up with Teen Style Pack. I'm surprised the adults are the trendy ones in EA (not YA), and the teens are left with the lazy version of the adult clothes. Generations did have the dresses and what not, but I think they need a Stuff Pack exclusively for teens, like they did in Sims 2.

I used to wear my hair like that years ago before I grew my bangs out.  I want curly hair period.  I have long, super tight spiral curls so would love a hairstyle like that, but also short and medium lengths as well as big curls, frizzy curls, etc.  Any type of curly hair would be great, really.  

Something else I would like to see in CAS is the ability to have eyes with two colors in the iris.  My eyes are green with a very distinct ring of golden brown around the pupil (hazel, I guess) and it would be cool to be able to recreate this in CAS.

Like you can unlock the hair to have a different style with each outfit, I want to be able to do that with facial hair and makeup also.

I don't know about facial hair, but I would like to see the ability to not have makeup for swimming and sleeping. I never wear makeup to the pool or to bed.

What I was think on facial hair was like if just messing around the house on the weekend and not going where I don't always shave everyday and tend to get a bit of scruff. But if going somewhere I'll shave and change clothes. I figured my sim could do the same thing.

I would like a slider that makes hair longer or shorter. I would like the option to put on or take of hats. I would like more coats and outdoor outfits that can be taken off when indoors I think that would be a good idea if we do get a seasons EP.
A slider for skirt and trouser length would be nice. I would like to be able to adjust parts of the body like you do parts of the face.
I agree with Tommy there should be a life stage called tween. There should be more appropriate teenage evening wear. Some of the dresses are in my opinion a little too mature for teens.

But I don't know about the teenage wear, I think the ones we have now are too, um, I don't know how to describe it. Childish?  I mean I can't find the right prom dress for my teen. And what is Tween? (dumb question)

I don't know how excatly but it's a comination of kid and teen, so if you are 11/12. You are not a teenager yet, but your not a little kid.
