This is very odd

I was playing a sim family with twin young adults. They had both just aged up, but all of the sudden she aged into an adult, what happened?

Are you saying that the twins were Young Adults and were not due to age up to Adult for awhile? And then one of them just all of a sudden aged up to Adult? I'm not sure I'm following what happened.

Okay, I'm a bit confused. Your post isn't exactly very clear. Let me see if I understand this correctly:
1. You had twin teens who had a birthday on that day.
2. You aged them both up to YA.
3. One of them suddenly aged up to Adult as well.

If this is the case, maybe you accidentally without realizing (is that redundant?) you had one twin blow out the candles, the other aged up on her own because it was late in the day, then you had her blow out the candles, thus having two birthdays in one day. That's the first thing I think of when I read your post. Sorry  :-\

That makes sense but what really happened is stranger. They had both aged up into YA two days ago. I had a destination party because I wanted them to meet some men. All of the sudden I got a notice that Tori (the Sim that I'm referencing) had a birthday today. I looked very quickly at he simology page and it said she had 6 days until she hit Adult. That's just bugged.

That could be the weirdest bug I have ever seen. If this meant a lot to you, I'm sorry for your loss. Otherwise, I almost have to chuckle at this weirdness!

It's strange and probably bugged, but it sounds similar to when twin or triplet toddlers fail to age up on the same day.  I'd heard reports of this and then it happened to me very recently.  One of my triplets was suddenly a day older than the other two.  I've had this happen twice, in fact.  The first time, I aged all of them on the same day even though it was a day early for two of them.  The second time, I let them have the birthdays the game gave them and one was older than the other two.

Yeah, I kicked her out because she could have aged up into elder fast if she was truly bugged.

I am frusturated!

I had two twin girls a while back and if I recall correctly, one of them was older than the other. Didn't think so much of it at the time since she was one day older and I stilled killed them off after they reached adulthood, but I don't think it's a new bug.

There must be some kind of bug in the time system.
I had this problem with a Sim during the Carpenter legacy where a teen needed to age up before she could marry into the family.
When I aged her up, she became an elder... It was really sad to send her packing, but as you know: Elders can't have babies  :'(

For my English asignment the word was lonely. I drew a stick figure tied to a padded floor wearing a strait jacket.

Why did you kill them off when they reached adulthood?
