[Nectar dialogue] Can someone verify this?

It seems like the dialogue that appears when the sim drinks nectar, changes.

First, the dialogues are like "All nectar tastes the same to me", something about mentioning the three difference colors of nectar, etc...

As the sim drinks more nectar, it becomes:

"The supple amount of ..." or "the hint of blueberry..."

Is it just random? or the amount of nectar tasted by the sim really affects the dialogue.

It's like this,  that first taste of scotch was harsh and just too strong, the second and you notice it can be fairly smooth, the third and that smokey ambience is coming through, the fourth and "hic.  wha scosh wasat?"  In other words, the drunker the Sim gets the better the nectar tastes and the thought bubbles reflect that.

Eventually, their hands positions will change also.  They will start swishing their glass around, then they will gargle the nectar and then pretty soon, you will see their pinky finger go up in the air, which I thought was pretty cool.  Joria is right though, the more they drink, the dialogue changes, but they have to keep drinking to get all of these interactions.

If only they actually said that when drinking nectar. Are you guys sure it's not how many times they've drunk it, rather than how much they have had at one sitting? Or am I just reading what you're saying wrong?

For me it was a little of both.  If my Sim continued drinking all night, she would start the new dialog and animations.  But I've also had them do the same thing without drinking all night and they start them when they first start drinking from other nectar bottles.  They become more expert at nectar.

Did you know you can also serve nectar at the bars and other peoples parties? My sim always keeps a few bottles in her inventory. It's better than waiting for the mixologist to take forever to make a drink. Good way to make friends, you hand them a glass and start chatting.

I have my sim also keep plasma nectar, because her vampire friends keep dying on her. She always serves them plasma nectar the moment they arrive at her party. Hate to have Grim show up and ruin a good party.

You mean that litterly? What does it mean: that a sim can enjoy nectar more when they become 'expert'? Or will that make them better in nectar making?

It's like becoming a wine connoisseur.  The more they drink it, the more they learn to appreciate it's intricacies.
