If you die and you dont have any other sims to carry on with, what happens?

You must select a new household in the neighbourhood. You can always move someone new into the house, or, and this is more fun, you can make you sim immortal with Ambrosia, life fruit containing nectar (WA) or Young Again potions (GEN). Hope this helps!
