House - My Very Own Beach House

I am starting to branch out a little more and try my hand at building, at least while I am not working for now.
This is a beach house I just did and I used a little bit of everything in here from all EP and SP.

One bedroom, two bath - one bathroom is a bath house, so to speak, by the pool.
35 x 30 Lot
Cost furnished is $150,266.

I did not put it up for download yet, if someone is interested, I will be glad to do so.  I wish I had the imagination that other people have.

I went ahead and put it up for download.  There is plenty of room to add your own touches.  If someone fixes it up, I would love to see the pictures.  You will have to put it on sand by the beach, because the lot is all sand.

I think it's weird, we all say we're bad builders, then we build our first house and people actually LIKE it.

Thanks.  I love beach houses, I think I have downloaded all the ones that have been put up on the swap shop and then some, lol.

Thanks guys, that means alot.  I just wish I would stop from making rooms so big, lol.  I guess I like the openess of the rooms, but once you put a sim in the house, they look so little.

Salty, I am going to spank you if I hear you denigrate your abilities again!   This is a lovely beach house and I for sure am going to download it.  By the way, I LOVE your big open rooms!  I don't think the Sims look that small in them at all.  Just free to move around and enjoy their surroundings. Hmm, I know EXACTLY where I can put this in TB too!  (as well as other places!)

EDIT:  I have only one complaint.  I seldom find anything I want to change in one of your houses!  They are usually so tastefully done and so much to my liking I just put them in and use them and smile.

Thanks again.  I have been doing more building, because to be honest, I am coming across so many bugs in the game, that I am focusing on something else, for a while anyway.  I am starting something else and I am taking my time, so will post pictures soon.
