Wizard is a fool

My wizard has the fool flaw and every once in a while she will fail t complete a daily task because she will give someone a empty bottle of potion. I make the potion and put it her inventory but when she delivers it it will say she gave the customer a empty bottle. Is this because of her fatal flaw fool? If so I don't suggest giving this flaw to any hero that requires as a daily task to deliver things. You fail the responsibility and take a big hit to mood.

No not her fatal flaw because it has happened to a lot of us.  Someone here suggested it happens when you deliver a package and you have the game on triple speed.  Other people have said this doesn't make any difference.  It is annoying.  I don't know if it is a bug or meant to be a joke but it has happened since the beginning of the game.
