I had one and it was the rebellious one. Are there any more that anyone has had. I also had the wish of wantingto fight some one but could not figure out how.

 Thanks

My sims haven't had one yet, but to fight with someone just keep performing mean interactions. A new social tab will open up "Fight.." I think, and you can choose to fight them.

My Dynasty Heir had one but they were bad wishes for a Dynasty, it was Break Friendship with her Father, Skip School and Start several fights. I only let her do the Pranks.

One of my daughters had a mood swing and wanted to pull a prank so I sent her next door to egg the house. She got grounded and wasn't allowed to go to work but I managed to get her to sneak out to go to work (BB3 challenge) and now she sneaks everywhere. Even when she grew up and became an adult and moved out - I saw her sneaking around town... not sure if thats a bug or intentional though

Two of my teens had a mood swing on the same day. They got wishes to beat up someone, skip school, one got a wish to copy homework. I promised and did only the "Snub a Teen" wish. They snubbed each other, lol! This is really amusing and realistic.
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

I have only seen the rebellious behaviour with the mood swings.  My sim teen makes me laugh as I let her do mostly whatever she wants.  Up till this point, all my sims have been high achievers and would never dream of missing school or doing anything wrong, so it is fun for me to play differently.  She seems to spend most of her time being grounded though she does sneak out now and then.

NancyJ, I believe the stuck sneak action is a bug.  I have read that if you can direct them to walk again for a short while it might cure it.

The household I'm curently playing has triplets that are now teens. Unfortunately, when they get the mood swing, many of their wishes are to fight, insult or snub each other. The three went out to egg a house, but one was caught by the neighbor and the police and was grounded. She snuck out to the movies and got into even more trouble. Same one also skipped school one day.

@NancyJ: Like Figwit said, it is a glitch. Look to see if your sim still has the grounded or similar moodlet and see if you can cancel it out with testingcheats. You may also want to check if your sim can do the ask for forgiveness interaction with the parent still.
