My Memories reward objects are missing.

The scrapbook says I've shared 206, but there's only 3 of the items in my purchase history, It says I have 7 unlocked.

This is happening to me too, I should have 5 rewards, but have only been able to get two.

Please see the Memories thread here.  There are instructions in this thread on page 3, post # 22 and also on page 5, post # 58. 

You have to make sure you have logged into the Sims 3 official site for the rewards to be given to you.  Some are just badges which you can find under 'My Page' and the others will show up in your purchase history.

I only have the clothes in my purchase history, and the in-game scrapbook said I had 7 reward objects  to download. I really wanted the computer because I think it looks nice. I looked at my download dashboard and only the clothes where there, I'm missing the computer,grill,hot tub and bookcase. The scrapbook totaled my shared memories to 206.

The clothes are the last three items you receive.  I suggest checking your purchase history and go back a page or two especially if you purchased something recently or if there are double/triple items showing on the page (as sometimes happens for no apparent reason).

If you still can't find them I suggest emailing or calling EA and ask about them.
