Thanks igzigpuff...fell off my chair laughing. :D  Reminds me of the cartoon depicting restaurant advertising frog legs and showing frogs exiting out the back door on crutches. :D

Actually escargot is delicious...one of my favorite appetizers if they weren't so expensive. :P

Yep, and they are delicious sauted in garlic butter...I expected a fishy taste but they're flavor is like a delicate meaty taste.  Yum! ;D

I think you are thinking of oysters Pam.:D  Those you let slide down your throat...yuck, not for me. :P

I knew oysters weren't chewed, but didn't know about snails.  Why would you expect a fishy taste from a creature that crawls through the dirt and oozes slime?  That's just one of those things I refuse to eat, no matter how delicious it may taste.  *shudders*

Don't worry I'm not going to stage a protest because I am a vegetarian. The snail in the picture was cute.

We're not supposed to chew raw oysters when we eat them?  Uh oh, I've been doing it all wrong then I'm afraid...

Well, I'm not really making myself do it... I don't find them objectionable and I don't have to swallow them whole to stomach them.  I like how they taste, and the texture doesn't bother me either.  I put on some lemon, cocktail sauce or horseradish, and a little hot sauce.  They actually taste good, so why would I be swallowing them without chewing?

I don't think I can respond any more to this without completely grossing everyone out, so I'll just keep quiet.  Lol!

I did notice in the Perfectly Happy challenge that if I clicked "open" on the fridge and moved an item to the top of the list that it would be the first item to be used (assuming it can be used for that recipe of course).  It seemed to work every time.  So I'm guessing that it will always use the first acceptable item in the fridge's inventory.
