Can't Get Gender of Baby Determined

My sim is pregnant, so I sent her to the Langraabs to get Geoffery to determine the gender of her child, since I wanted mixed gender twins.
They're good friends , but the option's not there!

Game glitch?  Have you tried exiting and restarting the game?  That's my cure-all for a lot of problems, it's surprising how often it works.  The only other thing I can think of is, maybe Geoffrey's needs are too low?  I don't know if that would affect this interaction.

Is Geoffrey still employed in the Medical career? Is he pass level 7 or 8 (which ever level they need)? You need to do a couple Friendly interactions before the Determine Gender option becomes available (under Friendly). I would suggest just talking to him for a while until he thinks your Sim is being Friendly.

You could also try and see if Morgana or Jamie have leveled up in the Medical career far enough to determine gender (although I doubt that).

Have you tried restarting your game?

He's a Gene therapist.
I didn't get him to do it, so I finally just switched her husbands job to World Renowned Surgeon and made him do it.
