Is there also a Hi-Tech one coming?
@Noodles: Clever move to change your language, but for me it still wasn't visible. (I've tried English, United Kingdom.)

I pre-ordered this one last night.  It looks like it's going to be fantastic.  I love modern design and these new buildings will be great fun.

I hope the gym will have dumbbells and barbells.

I just hope the gyms aren't bugged like the rest of them are.  ;)

Looking at the pictures of items, I don't see any dumbbells or barbells.  My gyms work fine.  I'm trying to work out a way to ask Hosfac about his bugs without going off-topic.  Not having any luck, though.

Guys, I still didn't get it. ??? So are we getting equipment to build our own community lots, or does the SP come with prebuild community lots? And if it does, what are those lots? Can somebody name them?

From what I understand it's coming with new lots and new Items!
I also heard one of the lots will be a cafe. I also think there will be a pre-made gym, library and park.
I'm really looking forward to this!

One thing I don't understand, though. Where in the world are we going to put these lots in?! Bridgeport is full for me, right now. And the landscaping in most EA towns doesn't let us add several free lots...

That's true. Riverview does have a load of empty lots but they would probably be too small! Replacing other lots might be the case!

Bridgeport's landscaping is awful - you can't replace more than two lots. That's why I'm hoping for only two new lots. ;D

Well, to get this thing back on topic a bit WHILE still answering your question: EA also have mentioned something like upgrading your own lots, or (if I remember correctly) replacing existing ones. So if you could replace your old gym with the new one that new one should be on the same lot size. Or smaller.

I just watched "Curtis", (subscribed to his channel), and he read off a bunch of stuff about the new SP.  I was not going to get it because I already remodel towns, but then I heard some good news.  Not only will there be new buildings/lots but the old grocery store can be replaced with the new one which is NO LONGER A RABBIT HOLE.  You actually can go inside and shop for food.  I'm hoping the cafe will be the same and that it has a stove!  It makes the possibilities for builds endless with just that one item!  McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, you name it!  Whatever fast food place you can imagine could be built with more authenticity.  However, that is only my wishful thinking and we don't know for sure there will be a way to actually cook in the cafe.  Off topic but I also learned my darling gnomes now have a life!  They can marry, have babies, and age up.  I can hardly wait!  Oh, and they like to hang out in age appropriate places, so imagine building one of those kids areas talked about in the Town Life info and putting some married gnomes there.  Soon gnomie nooboos, (say that ten times fast), will be playing there as well!  WHOO HOOO!  I intend to use stuff from this SP for my Bridgeport make over currently in progress for ChronicR.  (and you can too put all kinds of lots in BP!)  I had promised myself no more SP's but this really does look like a must have.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!
