I think that could be when Gogo is able to collect his copy of the game from a store, thats the impression I got anyway. I can get mine next week or hopefully Friday if I can get my Mum to order now, Friday is the release date for UK, then next week it's half term, Sims 3 Pets + Half Term = Awesomeness. 

I think you meant Abraham not me. Anyway, hopefully when my mum heads to buy it on Thursday they will have it in stock! I can't really see why they wouldn't!

I'm from South Africa, we get it on thurday or friday but I live in a little town so maybe I will have to wait till monday to arrive. Hope I don't explode lol!

In Australia, the game is arriving on Thursday... But I'll probably get it over the weekend.
I cannot wait! This is probably the EP that I have anticipated the most. I've even pre-ordered, which is the first time I've done that since the original Sims 3. So, I'll be getting the Limited Addition, which I'm even more mega-excited about.
Ah, only a few days to go!

I've never pre-ordered any game before. So another first here too. Mind you, when I heard that TSM was released, I was watching the trailers. I got to about 7/12 or something and paused it half way through to see if they had it in my local shop, and if they were still open. I raced into town on a Sunday afternoon, literally dropping everything to go and buy it.

Any time you're planning to install a new Expansion Pack or Stuff Pack, you don't need to download the patch that comes out at the same time.  Your game will be updated with the patch during the installation process.  It just saves you the bother of downloading it from EA.

Yeah I know I just wanted to check things out is all.

You mentioned 10AM, is that when the game will be available for download?

No I didn't pre-order a download copy. I work at Game Stop and get all my games there at a discount.

Does it make me a bad mother that, as I dropped Daughter off at school this morning, I told her, "If you have your homework done before I get home, you get first crack at the game?" I've showed her some of the stills from simsvip, and you could have heard the squee over the kitties from orbit.

(Daughter is also bright: faced with the choice between Limited Edition and Regular-Edition-With-Stuff-Pack, she pointed out, "Mom, you can get the stuff pack at Meijer.")

No way! I bribe my daughter with sims social. When she gets her own computer (back) she will have all my old sims 2 on it. She' only 7, so she sits on my lap to play at the moment. And to make it more educational, I told her that she has to read the interactions before she clicks them.
