Pets are now official

Hey, no no no no! EA won't be that stupid to do just THAT. It are you teens who are EA's Sims games biggest investment. Everybody loves the game, but most of us are teenage girls.

I've invested so much money in sims, I got a new computer yesterday and I brought all of my sims games downstairs and my dad was like, do you seriously have to have all of those on here?

I can't wait for pets to come out.

Hmm, sounds like a Human Centipede experiment goes wrong. I'm not sure if I would be happy with that in animal form in my game.
But sure, we could wave that T for Teens rating goodbey if EA does.

Yeah, I'm pretty spoiled I've had my own computer since I was 9 and I've never payed for anything. I have three brothers and I'm the only girl.

Anyways back to pets, I can't wait I've never had a pet in real life so I'm dying to make myself with a house full of pets.

Chances are you can only crossbreed within a um...speices...family?  Or is it order?  Been too many years since high school biology.  Anyway, I think you will only be able to cross breed different breeds of cats, or different breeds of dogs.  *plans to make Toygers for his Sims*

Seeing as Ambitions has a ghost hunter profession, I wonder if Pets will have a Dog Catcher profession.

Leto, you're a teenage girl??  I really want to try to recreate my kitty that ran away. She was jet black except for a tiny white spot on her chest. Her name was Precious, and I got her when she was about 4-6 weeks old and she ran away when she was 2 years old.

I only wish they would give us some other animals to have as pets, Not only Dogs, Cats and Horses.
Because in the real world there are lots of animals people have as pets, like Pigs Skunks or Racoons.
 
But alas I think that will never happen.

I think there are other small animals, but all the hype goes to cats, dogs, and horses seeing as they are playable and added to the household.  Where as rabbits, birds, and other small critters aren't playable, but I am fairly sure are available.

Cats and dogs will be playable! In the sims 2 I always wish you could do that. I wonder if they could have jobs like in the sims 2?

I remember in TS2 they could become animal actors.  There were a handful of possible careers for them.  I actually hope that hasn't made it to TS3; it wasn't very realistic and didn't do much for your pet but make them tired and cranky when they were at home.

But yes, the carpool would come for Fluffy.

A cat driving a car! I'd love to see that! Or they could have a chauffeur and they could wear those hats.
