I think it looks marvelous!  I'm a cat person, so the cats naturally looked great to me.  That one little orange one prancing was so cute!  It will be great fun, for sure.

So am I. Aren't you excited to turn your RL cats into Sims too? The little orange one actually looks and acts like my RL cat, I posted a picture of in the Babble Thread.

Yay Pets! This is one of the features I love, although I have to agree with a few others that I'd like to see Seasons, Magic and University to make a comeback in the next expansions. Generations doesn't appeal to me very much since I tend to like powering my sims through life goals. I still need to buy Late Night though. D:

I'm sure that Pets will provide unique gameplay to people who are interested in purchasing.  I took a gamble and preordered Generations; thankfully, I am happy with it.  It might be my favorite TS3 expansion pack so far.  I don't think I will preorder Pets, though, as I want to read some reviews first.  Mostly because I didn't enjoy TS2 Pets very much.

I agree with everyone who has said that Seasons should be revived.  That was my favorite TS2 expansion pack!  Seasons seems like it would be something that could be incorporated into a Pets expansion, but I doubt that EA will do that.  Hope it's in the works, though!!

I'm not going to buy this EP unless there is some wonderful, earth-shattering, buy-this-EP-because-it-has-this feature. If there's something that appeals to me, I'll buy it. But another mouth to feed in the Sims? No dice.

Pets that don't leave fur on your clothes are pretty earth-shattering for me!  

I say that in jest, but just you wait and see; now we're going to have a Embarrassed moodlet from "being covered in cat hair in public."

I wonder if it will bring any new occults.  I have wanted a Sim with car ears and tail for a while.  Too bad at the moment, the only cat ear headband is only for girls.  

And I'm assuming that the pet store you get with preorder is probably just a special pet store, and the non-limited edition will still come with one.  Though except for Riverview, I don't know if horses would fit to well in any of the other current towns...heh, I wonder if there is a 'publicly disgraced' moodlet for your horse 'going' in public.

This will undoubtedly give us more buildings.  Sunset Valley is starting to get full.

*nods*  I may have to get Create a World just so I can make a decent new town to use.  Or at least a modified SV that I like.  It gets annoying having to make the same changes every time I start a new game.  But I can't wait for pets.  Since you can customize you pets, I do wonder if when you go to buy one, if it goes straight to a pet version of CAS and you can make your kitty directly that way....and if there are any cute things you can dress your pet up in...not that I would do that in real life.

I just can't stop watching the trailer. I love that they are bringing in horses. I guess that's going to be a skill type thing? And I like the part where the dogs scare off the burglar and the bully boys. They do look really computer graphed but that doesn't matter to me. It looks like they will have more personality. I love the whole thing.

I can take vampires or leave them, personally.  Werewolves would be better, in my opinion.

I will not rest until I have Sims 3 zombies, though.

I'm even more excited about Pets then I was about Generations. I love generations, but I'm already planning on writing the 100 kitten challenge, after hearing that Pets was going to come true. Basically so far, I have the same basic rules, as it is for the original 100 (Human) Baby Challenge, but in feline form. Would you guys participate in a 100 Kitten Challenge if I wrote it?

Probably not. I know that heaps of people would but 100 babies would make me go insane! Possibily stop me from playing! It does sound fun though.
