I am so pleased that you and the triplets survived the child stage. I don't mind the child stage if I can get some skilling up done but otherwise it seems like wasted time.

Chapter 20: The Loss of an Heir
Oliver

Dad was going to update today but he’s been in tears. You’ll see why soon.
We’ve adopted a cute little kitten named, Osha. She’s really cute.

Kyle, Kayne and I have been working hard on our different skills. Kyle’s been working on his Logic while Kayne and I spend many hours sculpting.



Osha enjoys hiding in her toy and then scaring when of us. Osha also enjoys grooming herself alone by the dining table.


Mum and Dad decided to head off on a few days to spend together. Kayne straight away starts to call all our friends for a Teen Party.

Anyone wondering about our cousin, Hank. He’s been going well. He’s recently became a Young Adult but that was after the party.

Kayne and Kyle decided to play some video games to get the party started.

I went straight to someone who could be Mrs Goddard, Cecilia Fitch. We soon became friends and I asked her to Prom.


After the party, we start actually doing some work for the DecaDynasty. Kayne decides to become friends with the maid, but the maid doesn’t agree!

The night of Prom Mum and Dad returned from their vacation. Mum was wearing her Formal and Dad wore his Swimwear?

Mum decided to spend her time that night with little Osha. Osha and her had the best relationship.

The night of Prom was heaps of fun. Cecilia and I became more than friends and I won Prom King!

Mum decided that it’s time for her to retire. But when she is told she’ll only earn 180 a day, she immediately declined!

Mum decided that now that she was old she needed to relax. She bought a Hot Tub and only she and Dad can use it.

It was just perfect that she began to sparkle when she had just come out of the hot tub. Grandma had only died a few days ago too.


As she began to float we all began to rush after hearing her screams.

Soon the Grim Reaper came and whisked her away.

We had a small memorial area made with 4 chairs on each side. We’ll have my 10 Sculptures behind the chairs.

The same day was Osha’s birthday. She celebrated alone as everyone was still crying their hearts out.



But it wasn’t long before we saw mum again. And she even chose to hang out in the Hot Tub.

Chapter 21:Time for Young Adults
Oliver

Dad’s Birthday came around quick and fast and soon he was sparkling into an adult.


Kayne and I have been working very hard on our sculpting, so hard we’ve recently maxed it.

Immediately, Kayne starts work on our collection and creates the first topiary.

Mum’s been sneaking back and dad spends as much time as possible when she comes.

It came so soon but our birthdays into YA were next. I went first.

Now that we are YAs we’re going to be knuckling down on our skills, friendships and careers. And I need to complete 9 Opportunities!
Author’s Note: Sorry for such a short update but I haven’t been taking many photos and their life is basically as said. Except, Sam has been playing with the cat to secure another best friend.

To all my readers:I think I will have a repeat of the danger of Maddy's move really late happen to Oliver. He's only done 4 Opportunities and he is nearly an Adult. All of his other requirements are done but the opportunites are definitely worring me. I will hang out until I am certain it's over but hopefully, Oliver can make it.

Get him a rabbit hole job. You can leave the rabbit hole during his shift, finish the op, and return if you have time. You should be able to get 3 or 4 in 2 weeks.

Farewell to the Goddards:

The Goddard DecaDynasty was fun until the 2nd Generation became Teens. Ollie and Kayne slaved away working on their Sculpting but sadly Ollie only got one Opportunity by the time he was a Young Adult. By his Adult Birthday Only 4 Opportunities were completed and a few of the NPC friends met their end.

I had planned a few different things for the next Generations to spark my interest, but this rushing around during Generation 2 due to my unorganization hasn't been fun. The whole point of Sims 3 is to have fun. This DecaDynasty was fun but now I've lost interest and it won't be good to see the Goddards go but it's happening.

My new DecaDynasty will be up by the end of the year or the start of 2012. Now that I am a bit more experienced, I'm going to be much more organized the next time around.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Farewell to the Goddards, to Pauline, Hank, Maddy, Jane, Tim, Hank(2), Sam, Ollie, Kayne, Kyle, Jordan(Kyle's Wife You've yet to meet), Osha and Budge.(Budge is another cat)
