Deceasing relationship bar?

So I have a married couple and every time that they WooHoo their relationship bar deceases? I don't understand that really! Anyone know why this may be happening? I will admit they are not the best married couple as they do nothing else besides to WooHoo every other day or so but it is a great mood and fun booster! One would think that would increase their relationship!

This is probably not going to help at all, but my married sims hardly speak to one another and their bars between them never go down. I do use cheats but not on that.

Do you do romantic interactions beforehand, or do you just get them to woohoo?
If you get them to interact before they woohoo, the bar will go up instead of down. It's kind of like when you're trying to get them to be a romantic interest - you need to get them to the point where they're willing to do the interaction.
