How to get rid of a Sculpture Base

My sims have moved to a new town because of my previous mentioned 'Sim-got-invisible-bug' but one sim hasn't finished making her sculpture and can't finish it in the new town. Deleting the Sculpture Base is not possible so now I really want to know how to get rid of it otherwise.
Someone have the answer?

Maybe I can blow it up while exploding something new but I'm not sure.

That's not possible, unfortuniatly. It's about the Base, the rock kind of thing that surounds the actual object that is being cut.

Absolutely. Without it the sculpture base wouldn't be moveable at all.

Activate testingcheatsenabled true, then shift click (or CTRL Shift click) base in live mode and you will get the option to delete it, like ever other object in game
