Heir to the Throne problem

I can give my royal adviser and my build master the love letter, but I can't give my servant the love letter. I want my servant to marry the Empress.

Edit: I guess it was a bug because I started the quest over and it says give love letter. ;D

Now I'm having problems getting them to woohoo, can anyone tell why it's so hard to get them to woohoo on this quest?

I'm having a problem on this quest too - I'm supposed to brawl with my potential suitors, however that doesn't seem to be an option! I can be mean to them but obviously don't particularly want to be, as I do actually want them to like my Queenie!
Any tips would be appreciated :)

I had problems getting sims to woohoo aswell. When they are standing up and queuing up the actions, I tell them to woohoo, then they would kiss, then not go to bed. I found somewhere that you have to get your active sim to relax on a bed, then select the woohoo option.
