Expanding the Time Machine Guide

I'd like to see the section on what can be found through the time machine expanded.  I know there are clothes for each gender, but I'd like to see if a list of some of the other items like books can be put together, even if it is totally random.  I know there are books that can't be found any other way other than through the time machine, and I'd like to know if I find them all when I play.  Though I realize something like this would take a long time to put together.

That actually is a very good idea.
It also will add something to the collection guide as well I think.

You are right, it would be quite time consuming. But, I do have plans to work on expanding the guide some after Generations. I could <i>start</i> the list, and we could accept additions to make it complete. I will make this a project I take up after my little recess in writing for generations

well i myself only founda  nice costume and a birthday cake and a few books
but i also found anice guide on teh net that has  asmall list at the bottom of it with  the names of some boojks that  you can get
through  going to teh past and future.

unfortunatly it seems that they dont update that guide  very much since lots of books are still not  in it
i myself got a few books that arent in theer list i wil write them down  and post them here
as soon as i have time

When you're ready to post, would you also be so kind to take a little more attention to your Engish? The first letter of the first word in a line start as a capital. I would be written as the capital I as well, not as 'i' and it is 'the', not 'teh'. Thank you!!

I have something to add to the guide as well: Bookworm Sims have a higher change to bring back books from other time periods. It may sound logical, but I've never thought about it until I've discovered it by exident lately.

Sorry my english is  very bad atleast the sentence building and the  capitals and you will often see  teh instead of the in my posts it just happens i only notice it later on

Anyway as you saw in the book list link, they dont update it very often  becouse even the Mixology and Inventing are not in the list same goes for Nectar making books.

To bad that they dont update that book list its nicely done as far as i can see it.
Its weird they have Put in Generations expansions INFO but who knows cant be that hard to insert the  mixology, inventing and  nectar making.

oh also 1 tip just go to the consigmnet store and buy all books there you dont have to go to France, Egypt, China i got all books through teh consiment store.

Oh and please can sombody stop giving me Sons and Daughters, they say its a small change you get a  kid from  using the time machine
sofar i got 1 around evry 4-6 trips to the past cant you Put them on a Adoption list only trhing now i can do is send them of to boarding school to get rid of them

that you can put on  a wall. In this case a Fire Axe.

Whenever my Sim gets something from the time machine, and it has a customizable skin, it will match my Sim's clothing pattern.
This happened with the sonoflux guitar and female caveman costume.
Both came out customized with the leopart skin. Does this happen to anyone else?

Here is a small list of costumes that you can get through the time machine.  
I tryed  making  a Collage but that failed miserably.  
If sombody has any knowlege how to get all this in 1 picture, by all means be my guest.

The moment your character gets back from the Past/Future with a new costume,
then they are availeble in the customization screen when changing Appearances
by means of using a dresser.
 
you can recognize the costumes by the Open Lock symbol in the left top side of the clothing picture.

Seems that you lose the ability to choose the clothes sets you unlocked by the time machine,
when starting a new  game and creating a new character.
 
A bit lame from EA if you ask me (it took alot of time to unlock them) just to find out  you need to start all over with
a time machine in a new game just so you can get the clothing sets again.
 
Atleast i cant find the sets when creating a new character for a new game
 Can sombody confirm that, or am i just dumb and looking at the wrong places
