How do you get Consecrated Well Water to make the Watchers Blade?
My Blacksmith got the "Manual of Blacksmithing: Watchers Blade" (I forget how, sorry, but he does have a Legendary trait) but he needs the water to make it.  He can't Consecrate the water, it must be a Priest.  I will try that later when I have control of a priest, but if anyone knows, I would appreciate the information.

Just do a quest that needs a priest as far as I know that is the only way to get it. I did free time, so if you're using cheats you can do the quest and get the water. Make sure you do free time with two Sims not solo if you want to give your blacksmith the water. ;D

yea thats about the easiest way to get the well water consecrated. what i like to do when i have an active quest with my priest or any other sim that can make things i will usually stock up on items and just drag and drop them onto my other hero sims just in case they need them, or leave them in the crafting table for later use
