Sorry ChronicR, I was updating again when you had posted. xP Thanks! And yeah, I've got a week before I have to go to work, so I've got plenty of time to speed through this. >.>

Also, this last post isn't everything. Right now Elizabeth is just waiting to age up to Elder to take the ambrosia and become an immortal while Xander is really having some girl problems.

Thanks for reading everyone! Sorry I'm zipping through this so quick, but I'm not much of a sit down and tell the story kind of person when I'm playing sims, I like completing goals. xP I'm increasingly finding this challenge more exciting as each generation comes through, and I am kind of wanting to share the story. Anyways, onto the next part! This'll catch up the story to where I am in the game right now.

Xander's Romance!

With my son Xander now hitting his teenage years he went off to school more reluctantly, and while he said he was focusing on his studies I knew better.

He was always goofing off at home, making silly poses for Dad's sculpture project. On that note, Mom and Dad were getting into their 100s at this point, still going strong. Sometimes, Dad could fool you for being a 70 year old the way he bounced on the trampoline.

Xander would later tell me what happened, but one day Xander went jogging down the hill by our house to town.

Apparently, he was using exercise as an excuse to talk to a girl he had seen in school. She was a girl from the Luke family, Ichelle. He apparently spent the afternoon hanging out with her at her house, pretending to be too tired to jog back up the hill. What a sly little devil.

The next day after school she came over. He barely introduced her to Mom, Dad and I before he ran into his room. Mom and I were bad and spied through the bathroom door keyhole.

I think Mom was cheering under her breath for him. I didn't know if I should tell him to behave himself or just let him have his first girlfriend. The desire to see my boy happy won over as soon as Xander planted his lips right on hers in that cute, nervous way we all do on that first kiss.

They quickly became boyfriend and girlfriend, and were inseparable for most of his teenage years. Xander would tell me later he knew from first sight that she would be his wife, but considering the bumps in the road I think he's being a little generous.

It was a week later that Dad was taken from us. He was cooking, lively as ever in his 114 years on earth when all of a sudden it happened. It was in the same room Max went.

There's a lot I could say about Dad, he was kind and caring, but also a little childish. Whenever his ghost comes out he's always bouncing on the trampoline outside.

Mom reminded me life went on. I asked her if she thought her time was coming soon, she assured me she wouldn't be going anywhere for awhile. The questioner in me tried to find out why she was so sure, but she brushed off the question. In fact, Xander's birthday was coming up soon and we had a small family gathering for his transition to Young Adulthood.

It was a few days before he could propose to Ichelle, but the moment he was able to he invited her over. She quickly said yes.

The wedding was planned for the next day and everything seemed to be going according to plan. Xander and Ichelle decided to bounce on the trampoline to work out the pre-wedding jitters (AN: They did this on their own without me directing them to).

However, as soon as Ichelle hopped off the trampoline for the vows, she walked straight to the street, got in a cab and left. Xander didn't notice until he turned around and Ichelle was nowhere in sight. Mom and I hurried to keep the party under control and Xander, clearly upset, but not wanting to ruin the day said to keep the party going. So we did. Everyone seemed to be having a fun time anyways. After a few calls to Ichelle's cell phone she revealed she "Didn't feel like coming over" and Xander decided instead to talk to the guests. One guest in particular.

Pretty Chandre Laughlin. They had gone to school together for a short time and were distant friends at this point, but I noticed they were quickly becoming reacquainted during the party. Mom and I ended the party pretty quickly after noticing this and discussed whether we should interfere. Mom was indifferent and told me to do whatever I felt was right, so I told off Xander pretty quick.

If he had any desire to hook up with a new girl, I told him, he had to talk to Ichelle and find out what happened. He couldn't just break up with her. He agreed reluctantly and after a few days of missed calls to Ichelle cell phone he intercepted her at work. They got into an argument, and before anything more could happen Xander left.

The next day Ichelle returned Xander's calls and came over. She explained that everything had happened so fast, and her nerves got to her so she ran. Xander asked if she would rather have a small, private wedding and she agreed. They got married next to the mailbox.

Ichelle joined the family and promptly got a makeover.

It didn't take long after that for Ichelle to break the good news to Xander. They were pregnant.

@Ricalynn: Thanks! And yeah, longest Sim I've ever had naturally, but I also have trouble parting from Sims so I have a tendency to keep them alive way longer than they should.

@Chronic: Thank you, and yes, RIP Chris :( He comes back for a short time!

@Beccaboo: Haha, everything's going to keep going quick for a bit since I have nothing else to do with my life for the next few days. Thanks for reading!

Update coming soon, wanted to reply to posts before I post it. This is another big one. :)

Updates from yesterday and early in the morning's playtime :)

New Immortal, a Superstar Athelete and Penelope

Ichelle was pregnant, which meant a new room in the house for the nursery had to be added. We got early news that it would be a girl and decorated appropriately.

Maxwell visited me the night we found out there would be a new addition to the family. I think he wanted to be close to the family, his ghost chose to sleep next to me on our bed that night, but when I tried to speak to him he vanished.

With all the baby excitement an interesting double event took place, not only did Ichelle go to the hospital to have the baby, but I had my birthday up to Elder! The little girl was named Penelope Byron, and was a little loudmouth from the start. A sweet loudmouth, but loud nonetheless.

It was after the baby was settled down, Mom asked if she could sculpt and paint me. It was during this time she revealed something to me. I had been amazed at how long she had lived, but she explained to me that it was not nature that was keeping her alive, but Ambrosia. I was nervous at the suggestion of everlasting life, I didn't know if I wanted it at first, but after looking at little Penelope I knew I wanted to see my Granddaughter grow up. I asked if she had thought of Xander and Ichelle; what would they think of the Ambrosia? Mom said she wanted to keep it within the family, blood relatives, not spouses. She had also taken note of the achievements of her lifetime and watched to see if I would do the same. We agreed upon a set of rules for those to eat ambrosia. Not everyone could have it. When I ate the ambrosia Mom stood by. She looked a little shocked when I felt new life rush through me. She said she could feel me. I asked how, she said she could feel me eating it. I think it connects us somehow, I know how she's feeling even when she's miles away. We are closer than ever before.

Enough about everlasting life, and back to young love. Even though Ichelle and Xander just had a baby, Mom still has to yell at them to stop playing with the sprinklers in the garden, but only so loudly. Both of us are a little jealous of the two.

It wasn't long before baby Penelope had her first birthday and aged into a toddler. After a quick makeover she was more adorable even than Xander. I found myself doting on her endlessly, but I suppose that is what being a Grandmother is all about.

Ichelle was also very hands on, teaching her to walk and potty train. Xander did help a little bit with the basics, and took time to sit down and read with her like his father did with him.

It was at this point Xander invested in a building and a property. He bought the Bistro and the Lofty Cerulean Blue Pool and redid the pool so we would get a bigger return. I think he did a splendid job on it, although I've never really spent much time there, it's apparently very popular now.

It was around this time I heard about a big protest going on at City Hall. Being the news anchor that I am, I went to investigate, and after interviewing some of the protestors I still have no idea what it was about. I think it was anti-jellyfish related maybe?

Penelope became a child shortly after that. She had a few childhood friends, but like most of us as children, stayed to herself mostly.

Xander also aged into a full Adult. He continued to train hard in his sports career until he hit the big time and became a Superstar Athlete! I've never been so proud of him in my life, although I wish he didn't wear all those suits all the time.

One day when I was leaving work my longtime friend and co-worker Frederick Cho passed on. His partner, Westley who I threw a party for earlier in life, had passed a few days prior. I think he was happier to be reunited with his longtime friend and love. It was a sad day for me though.

Life continued to pass by in a blur as Penelope aged into a teenager, and was a bit rebellious. She always did her homework, but she complained frequently that there weren't many boys at her school. A few times she brought home older men to meet us, but they seemed harmless enough. She also took up playing the guitar at this point and quickly became very skilled.

Dad's ghost also came out one night shortly after Penelope's birthday. He spoke to me quickly, asking if I was okay. He also talked to Mom, who refuses to tell me what he said, and met Penelope. I think he likes her.

Ichelle also turned out to be quite the ambitious girl herself. Shortly after her adult birthday she became a Power Broker, and completed her lifetime wish of being a CEO. She sure does look great in those business suits, and really brings home a nice paycheck.

Penelope's teenage years went by quick and soon we were celebrating her Young Adult birthday. She left the next day and brought home a boyfriend, who soon became a fiancee. His name was Trever Lester.

Then came the wedding party. We threw a party because Penelope insisted on playing guitar for the guests at her wedding. So we planned everything out, and the ceremony was beautiful. The party went off without a hitch. In fact, Trever even aged from a young adult to an adult just after the ceremony.

Welcome to the family, Trever Byron.

Small update in comparison to the recent ones, but I want to post a little as Xander :)

Another Immortal and another Nooboo!

So Mom and Grandma have been keeping a journal of life in our family, and since Mom kind of wrote most of my life, let me finish it up and introduce my Grandson. First things first, there's been some intense games of chess in this household between Gram and my wife, Ichelle. It's getting pretty rough, and although they keep looking for new opponents we're staying out of this one.

My daughter, Penelope, was recently married to Trever. He's a pretty nice guy. I'd think he was a little old for my angel, but he's a cop these days and a pretty good guy so I'll forgive age. I mean the age gap between Mom and Dad was pretty big. Well, Penelope had just shared with us her ambitions to be a rock star. We were supportive, and then she got pregnant. I wasn't sure where her career was going to go after this.

But she insisted, even if the theater wouldn't let her come into work, she'd find support elsewhere. So she took her guitar and went downtown all during her pregnancy. Surprisingly she got a number of fans. In fact, I drove by on my way to a game and the entire sidewalk was blocked off! That's my girl!

I wanted to be there for the birth of my first grandchild, but as soon as Trever was taking Penny to the hospital, my elder birthday hit me smack in the face. I had totally forgotten in all the excitement. So for the second time in a row, someone was aging into an elder while someone else was giving birth. What luck.

Well we had a baby boy and we named him John Dorian, JD for short. Not sure why we're going with double names now, but the little guy was just so adorable I couldn't question it. Besides, my girl is creative, and a creative name she came up with. Although, on second thought, isn't someone on a show named the same thing?

Well, Ichelle joined me in Elderhood a few days after I aged up. She may be old, but she's still got a lot of spark in her. In fact she's still out almost every day running meetings. She's a corporate fox, in every good way possible.

Mom and Grams also approached me around this time. I was wondering how they both had lived so long. I chalked it up to Grams great cooking, and hey, I was completely right! Turns out Grams learned how to make this dish called Ambrosia that'll make you immortal if you eat it once a week. But Grams said she's not going to feed it to everybody, you have to pass her test and I did. I've always excelled at tests and challenges, but I guess this is why Grams and Mom were helping me feverishly with some of the more difficult moments in my life. They wanted me to pass. Well, I ate the ambrosia and felt wonderful! Now we have to get Penny ready for this stuff!

Penny also keeps running into Grandpa, her Great-Grandpa, when his ghost comes out some nights. He came out every night little JD was just a baby. I snapped a pic of Penny and Gramps bouncing on the trampoline together. It's depressing he couldn't live long enough to meet her in person, Penny is my amazing little girl! He'd be so proud of all of us.

Birthdays happen fast in this house. It was JD's shot at the toddler years! I knew I wanted to make sure he learned everything he could. He was going to be the best little guy ever! My Grandson. I still can't believe it.

Trever has been really hands on with him. See what I said when the guy is a good guy?

I tried to keep up with the young players on the field too, but a few days into my elder years I gave up on it, and threw in the towel. Time to retire!

Bah just realized I forgot Xander's immortal museum pictures. Will edit those in next time I hop into the game and snag em. But with the third immortal down, it's onto Penelope to reach immortal status and JD to grow up and get married. :)

Edit: here are the pics of Xander's museum.
