Add Lots to Bridgeport

I know it is already possible to copy lots from other towns to the library and also place them in other towns, but is it possible that some lots won't go into other towns? I was trying to place a Twinbrook lot (ex. Laundromat or Bistro Rouge) into Bridgeport but everytime to try, the empty lots disappear. I made sure I changed them to community lots, I've even bulldozed completely and changed their sizes to fit the lots as closely as possible.

Side Note: I was able to add The Red Rendevous to Bridgeport but nothing else.

Have you shut down the game and restarted? Sometimes you have to even restart your computer. I haven't had any problems like this, but I know other problems sometimes can be solved that way. If not, I'm sorry and hopefully someone else will have a solution! Hope this helps!
