I love, just love your vacation house, Alexandria! It is indeed very nicely built. Did you remodel an existing house or was it built from scratch?
Congrats to Arche - wow, that's fast. Absolutely love that shot of Cyllene and the snake charming horn. :D Awesome updates!

Thank you everyone. I built the house from scratch, trying my hardest to make it look Egyptian inside and out. I'm glad you all like it - I admit, I'm not the best builder, but I was happy with the outcome.

I love the design in the vacation home. When you go on vacations do you usually have a few sims stay at the vacation home and work on skills?
The first trips are just adventure after adventure, trying to get to level 3 Visa so I can buy a vacation home, or lot. To be honest, apart from the wedding in this dynasty, I've never travelled to the same place twice in one game. But I imagine that in the future I will use it to my advantage and do mainly skilling.

Absolutely love that shot of Cyllene and the snake charming horn. :D Awesome updates!
It made me laugh, so I just had to add it!

My phone was ringing. I sighed in frustration. Again?
I’d been answering my phone all day, with no reply from the other end. Was there even any point in answering?

But, as always, there was that little thought in the back of my head telling me that someone was in trouble. I’d always answer, and the person on the other end seemed to know that, even though I was sure it was just a prank. Maybe they thought a full moon would instil fear into me.

I picked up the phone, answering with just a frustrated hello, rather than the polite greeting I usually gave.

I heard static from the other end. I knew how it was going to go. I’d say hello again, wait a few seconds, say hello yet again, then it would cut out.
I prepared myself to repeat all of today’s phone calls, when something startled me. A voice.

It was hard to understand. Crackling, and cutting out.
“…listo..”
“Pardon,” I replied, “List O...? I think you’ve got a wrong number”.
“No!” the voice cried, cutting through the static.
I stood patiently, waiting to hear what this person wanted.

All of a sudden, the static cut out. I took a deep breath in, annoyed at the person that was on the other end. At least I’d only said hello once, and not the three times I had predicted.
I went to hang up the phone, when the voice spoke from the other end. I almost fell over in shock. It was clear, as though the person was standing right next to me.
Although it was clear, the voice was rough. It was rattly. It didn’t sound human. It sounded as though it belonged in another world.

“Callisto” it spoke in a long, rattly breath, sending shivers down my spine. I didn’t know whether to pass the phone to mum or not. This person.. this thing… knew who my mum was.

My instincts started to kick in.
This wasn’t a prank caller. This had to be evil. I tried to calm the panic that was rising up inside of me.
“There is no Callisto here,” I said in my strongest voice.
“You’re Callisto…” it hissed through the phone, more as a question than a statement. “Callisto Copernicus?”
Copernicus? I wasn’t so sure what was going on anymore. My mums name was Callisto, but her last name was Moon. Still, the voice spoke with a self-assurance. It knew what it wanted, and that scared me even more than the voice itself did.

I gulped down my anxiety, and spoke. “My name is Europa. Europa Moon. There is no Callisto Copernicus here. You have the wrong house”.
I waited for what seemed like an eternity. I could hear the creature drawing in rattling breaths. In and out. It sounded like death in the world of the living.

“Callisto,” it spoke one last time, drawing an eerie breath inwards.
The phone went dead.
I looked out at the full moon, as I dropped the phone down to my side. I didn’t know who had called, but I knew it was evil. Evil was watching.

Oh gosh, that was scary! :o
Maybe Luna, but it could be Agnes. The first Agnes, the one in Callisto's dreams.

I just wanted to give credit to Gheez, Ausette and Samoht for their patterns - I use their patterns a lot, and can't manage to work the thank you into an update.
So I thought I'd say now that their patterns are absolutely great, and I love using them on anything I can. Thank you to you three, and to anyone else I end up downloading patterns from :)
