Which Female has the best genetics in Sunset Valley?

It's not genetic. Not all of my Sims are always beaming from ear to ear and that's kind of normal I guess. I'm like that, I am happy on the inside but keep emotions to myself. Maybe Agnes just isn't very Emotional? 

I have never seen why anyone would choose Jamie Jolina or Zelda Mae personally, but if some don't like Agnes but like those two and I like Agnes but not those two then well, it's just a matter of taste.

The only issue I have with Agnes though, is that she's grumpy. The grumpiness seems genetic though on her part, so you might have to be really careful, you don't pass it on to your children.

The last time I used Agnes she drove me crazy. I could have handled the grumpiness but I couldn't keep her out of the sprinklers. She was obsessed.  It seemed like every other thought bubble was a sprinkler. She passed that on to her son.

My Agnes just likes Chainsaws and Blow Torches. Or maybe there is always just an Ice Sculpture to be done.

Personally, I dislike Jamie Jolina...but it is a matter of taste.

Crazy could multi-task quite well.  But I prefer Agnes over all.

I decided to use Agnes. Her painting skill sure will come in handy! I wish I knew that when you steal cars they're not even close to the real value of it! I stole Agnes car and it only sold for 7,000 and when I married her all she had was a Sloppy Jalopy in her inventory!  Lol at least I'll know for next time.

If she moves in with it in her Inventory you can sell it for around §60,000 I think.

So the trick is to invite her over when you move her, instead of going to her house.

85.000 to be exact. Like Thomas said though; make sure you invite her out or over before you ask her to move in. A good way to make sure if she has the car with her is to check her driveway - if it's empty than she has her car in her inventory.

I think this might be going a bit off-topic, so I'll try to steer it back.  I think Agnes has very good genetics, as well as Claire Ursine and Emma Hatch.

I can't speak for Zelda Mae personally, but I do like Jamie Jolina.  If you change her make-up, she's one of the better looking, "off the shelf" female sims.  But I'll agree that it's a matter of taste.

Emma is still my #1 favorite, though.

Ah, but for me getting Emma respectable is a waste of good painting time. I will have to try them out though.
