Emma's talents are wasted on painting.  Which is why you ask Agnes to move in as well.  In real life, having your cake and eating it too is an unrealistic expectation.  In the Sims, it's an achievable goal.

I got Monika Morris and Christopher Steel together and their children were gorgeous! The only problem was their lips. Monika's lips are pretty big, but Christopher's lips are very thin.

If you're not concerned about starting funds and have time to wait for her to age to young adult from teen, Bebe Hart is pretty, and her children are often good-looking.

Molly French, Tori Kimura, Fiona McIrish are quite good I think, though Molly and Fiona have children.

I'd also have to go with Bebe Hart. I've done genetic testing with her. She even managed to produce good looking children with Arlo Bunch!

Holly Alto has money (Though in my game her family had only 6000),  Is Artistic with a decent painting skill, and is good lookin'.

My suggestions:

Madison VanWatson (who features in my DecaDynasty as a wife to Connor Frio) - once you get her to the gym, style her a new hairstyle and wardrobe, she's actually rather pretty and can produce some darn cute nooboos.

Agnes Crumplebottom - I never liked Agnes and then I decided to play her (because she's rich!) and give her a makeover. And I just thought WOW! She's actually mega pretty if you change her black clothes and rid her of that hair!

Morgana Wolff - I've always thought that there's something really sweet about Morgana. She's got great traits and doesn't need much of a makeover.

People that I would avoid:

Darlene Bunch - her lips are always massive!
Vita Alto - I hate her face shape!
Judy Bunch - Where do I begin?

I am really fond of Bella Bachelor, Holly Alto og Bebe Hart. Bella and Bebe's eyes are adorable, I like Holly's gentle face and her hair color, also Bebe's.
Bella's facial feature is really strong, I had six generation after my founder and his wife, Bella, and all the six generations had really exact same facial features as Bella. It was funny to se these results

However if you don't want to wait them to grow, then can choose Jamie Jolina or Emma Hatch. If Emma is getting sons, they looks very handsome!

Holly's face isn't always gentle though on her kids. I had a female sim born of her and a CAS come out looking like a man.  It wasn't the CAS either that had those genes

Depending on how your game works out, I think it's good to keep an eye on Kaylynn Langerak - she starts off as a child, too young for most people's idea of a Founder, obviously, but usually grows up into a pretty young lady and should hit Young Adult by the time a Founder is Adult or finished building up skills/career. There is the little matter of her ending up a trait short, so maybe not the best choice but I think still worth mentioning.

I think that in all Dynasties, you're allowed to use testingcheats to add a trait if any of them drop.



Edited to add by Ricalynn:  Kaylynn has a trait short because the game gave her one short therefore you can't use a cheat to correct it.

All of these Sims have good genetics in my opinion (that are near YA, YA or Adult)
Emma Hatch and Claire Ursine (after a few hours at the gym and a much needed make over), Agnes Crumplebottom, Morgana Wolff (married), Bebe Hart (3 days from YA), Holly Alto (4 days from YA), Jamie Jolina, Pauline Wan, Zelda Mae and Tori Kimura.

Personality factored in: Emma Hatch, Morgana Wolff, Bebe Hart and Holly Alto are my top choices.

Holly Alto and Morgana Wolff have the added benefit of having more money.

While I wouldn't consider her a knock out, I think she deserves a mention. Every time I've had my sims have kids with Ayesha Ansari, they've been good-looking and she has a good personality though she works in the criminal career.

I love Emma. And I don't like to thin her down too much because I think her 'fluffiness' makes her all the more likeable
