CAP (Create a Pattern) Help. Why isn't it showing up in my game?

How do I import my original patterns (this is all through CAP) onto my game? I clicked save, and export, and it's not showing up in my game. How do I download my original (as in created by me through CAP) patterns to my game?

Go into your Export Folder and then copy and paste them into your Downloads folder. It's silly why they don't automatically go into your game and you actually have to download them.

When you export the pattern from CAP it is put in the export folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Exports

Find your pattern and move or copy it to \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads

In the game launcher click on downloads and select your pattern and click install.

Thanks guys. I'm downloading it from my "DOWNLOADS" at this very moment. Yes, I think it's really lame that I can't put my really cute pattern directly into my game. I mean I literally spent hours creating it, and I can't believe it's not showing on my game. 

It's officially installed now. Thanks for your help.
