I own all but one business now I need help.

Well, the game says I don't own one business, but there are no more businesses that I can own. There's one building that I can't click on which is the school and I'm pretty sure you can't own that. So what's going on?

Which businesses do you own exactly? If you know, we could do a checklist type thing, mark off the ones you have, and try to figure out the one you don't.

Why not just sit your Sim down at the computer, choose the check real estate option and then click on available businesses?

Well Audren, I looked at the challenges and it said I need to get a owners deed to the criminal warehouse. What is the criminal warehouse exactly? Is it the charity warehouse building? If so, I can't be partners with them. Is it because two of my sims have the police career?

Why can't you buy a partnership?

We need more information.  Exactly what happens when you try to buy the criminal warehouse?  Are you able to use a computer to purchase available properties?  If so, what happens when you select available properties?  Does it show the criminal warehouse available?  What is happening to prevent your Sim from purchasing it?  It should be the same process that you used when you purchased all the other properties.

Well Pam, I can't go on the computer to see available businesses that feature isn't on the console version. When I click on the building it says visit charity warehouse and something else, but it's never said become partner like the others did.

I have the same problem. I playing in the PS3 version. I have collect the owner's deed in all the businees in town but the Criminal Warehouse, but i don´t even have the option to buy it.

Can some one tell me why?

Vit, that's the same problem I'm having. Maybe you can't become partners with the criminal warehouse if your sims are in the police career. I had a little more than 100,000 dollars and there's no way it costs more than 100,000 to become a partner.

Finaly I have manage to buy the criminal warehouse. I started a new game with a evil sim, and make him master of evil. After reaching level 10 I could be partner of the warehouse, and then buy it.

One of my sims became a partner in the charity (criminal) warehouse the other day without any issue.
No one in the household is evil or has a job.

You may be onto something re: the law enforcement career (although that seems counter to real life where dirty cops are on the mobs payroll, lol).
