Error During startup

I'm on the computer, I have re-installed the game and just finished trying to back-up TS3 onto my brothers' computer, via a network. This failed and now I can't get the launcher to work, it says There was an error during startup. Please see the log for more details. I'm not that great at computers so I don't know what it means, is there a way to fix it?

Sometime the launcher is crazy. There is a way around the launcher as described in this post.Hope it helps you!
