Sim won't get out of bed. Help

My Sim is angry and complaining about something and won't get out of bed to go to work, eat etc.  Throwing hands up mad.  I try to fix mood, etc and it won't take.  What should I do???

Push L2 and x on the mail box, and pick the name of the sim thats stuck and he should be fine

It pulls up sims needs and mood, but no other option.

Did something get placed next to the bed thats blocking his way? Like a lamp or bookshelf?

No nothing blocking the bed.  I just dont get it.  I took a video of what its doing.  I just dont know how or who to share it with

Are you sure you did what Crashhat69 told you to do?

Hover over the mail box and hold L2 then press X? It should say Reset Sim then give you names of ALL the sims in town.
If you have cheats on, from I can remember, that option should still be available except now there are other options as well. Like Mood boosts and such.

Take a picture of your mailbox options and upload it to an image host so we can see what kind of options your getting.
